Chi risale Via Trento a Cerasa di San Costanzo vede dapprima solo una facciata di mattoni color miele — una casa stretta in fila, come se ne trovano nei borghi delle Marche. Ma dietro la facciata si cela una cantina voltata, scavata nell’arenaria e rivestita di mattoni fatti a mano: una grotta per la conservazione degli alimenti, databile al XVIII–XIX secolo.Walking up Via Trento in Cerasa, you first see only a honey-coloured brick façade — a narrow house in a row, as found in the borghi of Le Marche. But behind it lies a vaulted cellar, cut into the sandstone and lined with handmade brick: a storage cellar for food, datable to the 18th–19th century.Wer die Via Trento in Cerasa hinaufgeht, sieht zunächst nur eine honigfarbene Ziegelfassade. Doch dahinter liegt ein gewölbter Keller, in den Sandstein gegraben und mit handgefertigten Ziegeln verkleidet: ein Vorratskeller, zu datieren ins 18.–19. Jahrhundert.

Casa Cerasa viene restaurata con cura — non come museo, ma come luogo vivo. La sostanza storica resterà visibile: la muratura a vista, il pavimento in terra battuta e cotto fatto a mano, i soffitti a travi di legno.Casa Cerasa is being carefully restored — not as a museum, but as a living place. Historic fabric will remain visible: exposed brickwork, rammed earth floors with handmade cotto tiles, wooden beam ceilings.Casa Cerasa wird behutsam saniert — nicht als Museum, sondern als lebendiger Ort. Die historische Substanz bleibt sichtbar: offenes Ziegelmauerwerk, handgefertigte Cotto-Fliesen, hölzerne Balkendecken.

Il cuore della casa è sottoterra. Una cantina voltata, scavata nell’arenaria e rivestita di mattoni, realizzata quando le antiche mura del castello avevano ormai perso la loro funzione difensiva. La cantina sarà accessibile tramite una scala in acciaio con copertura in vetro calpestabile.The heart of the house lies underground. A vaulted cellar, cut into the sandstone and brick-lined, built once the old castle walls had lost their defensive function. The cellar will be accessible via a steel staircase with walkable glass cover.Das Herzstück des Hauses liegt unter der Erde. Ein gewölbter Keller, in den Sandstein gegraben und ziegelverkleidet, entstanden, als die alte Wehrmauer des Kastells ihre Verteidigungsfunktion bereits verloren hatte. Der Keller wird über eine Stahltreppe mit begehbarer Glasabdeckung zugänglich.

Le spiagge dell’Adriatico in un quarto d’ora.Cerasa sits in the hills of Le Marche, between the Adriatic and the Apennines. Fano and Pesaro are minutes away. Urbino half an hour. The Adriatic beaches fifteen minutes.Cerasa liegt im Hügelland der Marche, zwischen der Adria und den Apenninen. Fano und Pesaro wenige Minuten entfernt. Urbino eine halbe Stunde. Adria-Strände in einer Viertelstunde.
